Research and validation

Sometimes before development or during the design process, I run quick UX checks: corridor tests, prototype reviews, and scenario discussions with the team. When needed, I support A/B tests to measure the impact on metrics

I receive documentation and logic descriptions, review the data, and discuss how decisions may affect key metrics

Frontend

I hand over layouts to development, explain interface mechanics, and discuss scenarios and details during grooming

I run design reviews, notice deviations from layouts, report bugs, and clarify interface behavior together

Work process inside the product team

Our work is organized around quarterly planning and sprints. During daily calls we sync on task statuses and blockers. With the product manager, I stay aligned on goals, dependencies, and priorities. Final decisions and approvals come from their side.

Groomings are essential for smooth delivery. We review layouts and logic in detail, I explain interface mechanics and user scenarios, and answer technical questions from frontend and analytics. This helps the team evaluate scope, risks, and implementation details before development starts.

Once a task appears in the test environment or on stage, I run a design review and compare the implementation with the layouts. I clarify interface behaviour and work with QA if visual or logical inconsistencies appear. After release, I make a final review in production to ensure the solution works and looks as intended
